Free camping is available on the grounds. Campsites are first come, first serve, unpowered, and have access to the ablution blocks.

Limited accomodation is available at the Aileron Roadhouse, where the accommodation ranges from powered and unpowered campsites, backpacker dormitory and self-contained motel rooms. To arrange a room at the Roadhouse please call 08 8956 9703.

A range of Aileron Bush Club merchandise will be available at the nominations box, next to the rodeo arena. All proceeds are used to support the event.

Some food and drink will be available for purchase - these stalls are run by local community groups.

Aileron Roadhouse also has a bar and cafe service.

Aileron Bush Club Weekend is an unlicensed family event. Alcohol is BYO, and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.

Police will be on-site and may conduct breath tests for vehicles leaving the event.

No dogs are allowed.

Fuel is available from the Aileron Roadhouse, next to where the Aileron Bush Weekend is held.
