Aileron Bush Club Inc. is affiliated with Northern Cowboys Association (NCA).

NCA rodeos adhere to National Rodeo Council of Australia (NRCA) rules and regulations, and NRCA’s insurance policy requirements. NCA Day Membership and Personal Accident Insurance is included in the entry fee price for all events with the exception of Senior Rodeo events.

NCA and NRCA rules state competitors must have attained the relevant age by 31 Jan of the current year.

Please note the following terms:

1. The Aileron Bush Club reserves the right to apply a rounding fee to nominations paid for in cash due to the availability of change. EFTPOS will be available, however service cannot always be guaranteed. We encourage competitors to try and bring the exact cash amount for their nominations.

2. No nomination fee refunds will given if a competitor changes their mind about competing.

3. Access to the Aileron Bush Weekend is not covered by nomination fees and entry tickets must be purchased separately.

Nomination process:

1. Download and sign your NRCA Waiver.

2. Download and fill out your NCA day / annual membership. Note that all riders must be members of the NCA for insurance purposes. If you are already a NCA member, you must bring proof of membership on the day.

3. Download and fill our your nomination form.

4. Bring all 3 documents (NRCA waiver, NCA membership and nomination form) to the nominations box on the day and pay the required fee.

5. Note that:

   1. Competitors are not to enter the arena or yards until they have completed the above steps.

   2. Nominations for novelty events will be taken on the day.

   3. If you are competing in only the motorkhana, you do not need to be a NCA member. Motorkhana competitors only require a NRCA waiver and a nomination form.
